At first I was a little sceptical as it sounded too good to be true.. but after reading the reviews I thought I'd give it a go.I sent it in and within the next day I got a email stating they had received the phone and were reviewing the quality and performance..The price was not as expected and the description was minimal and not quite correct.. so I called and spoke to a lovely lady named Liz. Explained my frustration and concern on the price offered to me on the phone.She asked what price I wanted for it. She went back to management to discuss the options and then advised that they agreed.Once I confirmed too that I was happy.
