This was the second time we have used Mobile Guru for recycling our old phone. The last time was a poor experience but this time it was very good. Dealing with them was quick, with their response once they received the phone very prompt. Assessment of its condition was very prompt and the price offerred was consistent with what we estimated. The Trade-in Process was so smooth. It was a shooting in the dark especially when you decided to do a trade-in to a shop across different states. They used a reputable software solution for ticketing system and it will keep you informed about the whole progress.

Both phones were downgraded, as the term ‘superficial scratches’ can be interpreted differently. You have the option to take your phone back for $10 postage if you want to. Postage is free to send your phone in and postage process is simple.
