I wanted to sell my Samsung NOTE 20 Ultra. I went to Samsung shop and although they told me it was in MINT CONDITION, they would only offer me $250. I was a little hesitant to send my phone in the post to Mobile Guru, but they offered $450 for MINT CONDITION phone. The process to send was great and very professional. Australia Post gave me a tracking number and Mobile Guru kept me up to date with regular emails. Once they assessed my phone they offered me $400, stating that there was a scratch where the charging cable goes in. I know my phone had NO SCRATCHES. So I was a bit dissapointed considering Samsung had assessed it first. I was hoping they would have offered me a counter offer as I feel I should have been offered the maximum of $450. But in the end I just accepted their offer for my phone as I didn't want the hassle of selling it privately. Just make sure your phone has very little to no scratches at all if you want the price that's quoted. Payment went through 2 days after I accepted the offer.

Edit - 13 months down the track the screen stopped working and was told by a repairer that a cheap screen had been put on. Unsure who put the screen on but unfortunately needed repair just outside of warranty period.
