This was the second time we have used Mobile Guru for recycling our old phone. The last time was a poor experience but this time it was very good. Dealing with them was quick, with their response once they received the phone very prompt. Assessment of its condition was very prompt and the price offerred was consistent with what we estimated. Refund was quickly submitted to our bank account. Regular emails from the company kept us up to date with what was happening with the phone. No issues and would use them again.

The Trade-in Process was so smooth. It was a shooting in the dark especially when you decided to do a trade-in to a shop across different states. They used a reputable software solution for ticketing system and it will keep you informed about the whole progress.

Customer service was speedy and payment was prompt. I phoned at one point to discuss the order and the staff were friendly. Both phones were downgraded, as the term ‘superficial scratches’ can be interpreted differently. You have the option to take your phone back for $10 postage if you want to. Postage is free to send your phone in and postage process is simple.

I wanted to sell my Samsung NOTE 20 Ultra. I went to Samsung shop and although they told me it was in MINT CONDITION, they would only offer me $250. I was a little hesitant to send my phone in the post to Mobile Guru, but they offered $450 for MINT CONDITION phone. The process to send was great and very professional. Australia Post gave me a tracking number and Mobile Guru kept me up to date with regular emails. Once they assessed my phone they offered me $400, stating that there was a scratch where the charging cable goes in. I know my phone had NO SCRATCHES. So I was a bit dissapointed considering Samsung had assessed it first. I was hoping they would have offered me a counter offer as I feel I should have been offered the maximum of $450. But in the end I just accepted their offer for my phone as I didn't want the hassle of selling it privately. Just make sure your phone has very little to no scratches at all if you want the price that's quoted. Payment went through 2 days after I accepted the offer.
