At first I was a little sceptical as it sounded too good to be true.. but after reading the reviews I thought I'd give it a go.I sent it in and within the next day I got a email stating they had received the phone and were reviewing the quality and performance..The price was not as expected and the description was minimal and not quite correct.. so I called and spoke to a lovely lady named Liz. Explained my frustration and concern on the price offered to me on the phone.She asked what price I wanted for it. She went back to management to discuss the options and then advised that they agreed.Once I confirmed too that I was happy. The confirmation email came into my account and payment received about an hour later.

I was a bit hesitant about using a website for a store based in another state and posting my phone to sell it but the process was surprisingly quick and easy and I received payment for my old iphone within a day of them receiving it and checking the condition, and it didn't cost me anything to do this. Much easier than trying to sell it myself on marketplace or somewhere else.

Mobile Guru are great and I would use them again. They honoured the sell price despite it dropping significantly in the meantime. Easy to use express post label. They were quick to tell me they had receive the parcel and were quick to assess. Would have been 5 stars if they paid on the same day I confirmed I was happy with the assessment (took 2 days because it was a busy time for them with new phone release).
