Mobile Guru’s quote for an iPhone 12 & iPhone 12 Pro were pretty reasonable. Sale process was very simple including the Express Post label to send the phones off to them in Melbourne. Communication was good, letting me know the phones arrived the next day. The following day I received an email the assessment was complete. One phone was as expected, the other one had a couple of minor chips on the side of the glass resulting in a lower offer. They sent a video showing the issues. (I didn’t see this prior to packing them)I contacted the customer service team advising I wasn’t happy with the offer, where they advised they would send it back for another assessment. Next day an email arrived with an increased offer, but not what I was expecting. A few hours later they paid me for the one I had agreed to accept and the slightly damaged is currently being sent back.Communication and process was very good and easy. Overall a good experience and recommend Mobile Guru.
